Whether you're here to relax, celebrate, or explore, El Fuego offers a seamless blend of comfort, flavor, and vibrant island energy. To help you enjoy a smooth and memorable stay, please take a moment to review our guest guidelines and services below.

🕒 Check-In & Check-Out

  • Standard Check-In Time: From 2:00 PM onward
  • Early Check-In: May be available from 12:00 PM, subject to room availability and applicable charges. Please request in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
  • Standard Check-Out Time: By 12:00 PM
  • Late Check-Out: May be arranged upon request, subject to availability and applicable charges.

To confirm your reservation, a 50% down payment is required.

Payment options for direct bookings:

🪪 Check-In Requirements

Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid government-issued ID for verification.
A refundable security deposit of ₱2,000 is required at check-in to cover incidental charges. This will be returned upon check-out, subject to room inspection and clearance.

🍳 Breakfast & Extra Guest Policy

  • Complimentary breakfast is included for guests within the villa’s standard capacity.
  • For additional guests beyond the standard capacity:
  • Extra Adult: ₱1,500 per person
  • Child (7 years and above): ₱750 per child
  • Child (0–6 years old): Breakfast is not included, but may be availed separately at ₱250 per plate, depending on preference.

🤫 Quiet Hours

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please be mindful of noise levels during this time. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in penalties or removal from the property without refund.

🚭 Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside villas, in all indoor areas, and near entrances.
Designated smoking areas are provided for your convenience. A ₱3,000 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

🍹 Alcohol & Drug Policy

  • Alcohol is permitted in private rooms or designated areas, provided it complies with local laws.
  • Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the property.
  • Excessive alcohol consumption leading to disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
  • Minors (under 18) are not allowed to consume alcohol or drugs on the premises.

👥 Visitor Policy

  • Registered guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors at all times.
  • Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM and must be declared in advance by the registered guest.
  • A maximum of 2 visitors per room is allowed unless prior approval is granted.
  • Extended stays beyond 10:00 PM may be subject to additional charges per person for overstaying.
  • Unregistered overnight stays are strictly prohibited.


🐾 General Pet Policy Guidelines

  • Allowed Pets: Typically only cats and dogs are permitted. Exotic animals are usually not allowed.
  • Number of Pets: Usually 1–2 pets per room are allowed depending on room category.
  • Vaccination Records: Up-to-date vet records, especially for anti-rabies, are required at check-in.
  • Cleanliness & Grooming: Pets must be clean, well-groomed, and free of fleas/ticks. Diapers may be required in public areas.
  • Leashing & Supervision: Pets must be leashed or in carriers in public areas and never left unattended unless crated.
  • Restricted Areas: Pets are usually not allowed in restaurant and Barkada rooms.


🛠️ Damage & Property Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused by themselves or their visitors.
Charges may be applied immediately or upon check-out.
Management reserves the right to assess and charge for damages discovered after departure.

🛎️ Security & Safety

  • For emergencies, dial “0” to reach reception.
  • In case of fire or evacuation, follow exit signs and remain calm.
  • Please do not leave personal belongings unattended in public areas.
  • Safe deposit boxes are available in each room for your valuables.

🧹 Housekeeping & Maintenance

  • Daily housekeeping is provided between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, unless a “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed.
  • For maintenance concerns, please contact reception immediately.
  • Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness to facilitate service and upkeep.

🔇 Behavior & Conduct

  • Disruptive behavior such as loud music, arguing, or inappropriate conduct in common areas is prohibited.
  • Guests causing disturbances may be asked to leave the property without refund.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated.

📅 Cancellation & Rebooking Policy

All reservations are non-refundable, regardless of booking date or down payment status.
However, rebooking may be allowed under specific conditions:

For bookings made 15 days or more before arrival:

  • Notify us at least 1 month before check-in to request rebooking (subject to availability).
  • Down payments are non-refundable but may be credited for future use.

For bookings made 14 days or less before arrival:

  • Cancellations must be emailed with a valid reason.
  • Rebooking may be considered for flight disruptions or medical emergencies (supporting documents required).
  • No-shows will be charged one night’s stay.

Rebooking Terms:

  • Must be under the same guest name
  • One-time courtesy rebooking allowed; subsequent requests may incur fees
  • Rate differences apply if rebooked dates fall under a higher season
  • Rebooking valid for 3 months from original booking date
  • Promotional, last-minute, or non-refundable bookings are not eligible
  • Force majeure cases (e.g., natural calamities, government restrictions) may be considered with documentation

🌐 Online Booking Modifications

For reservations made via third-party platforms, all changes or cancellations must be processed through the platform.
We can only honor requests formally communicated via email from the booking site.
Direct modifications between guest and property are not permitted outside the platform.

🧳 Lost & Found

El Fuego is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Items left behind will be kept for 30 days before being donated or discarded.
Shipping costs for returned items are shouldered by the guest.

🌱 Environmental Responsibility

We care deeply about Boracay’s natural beauty.

  • Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronics when not in use
  • Towels and linens are changed upon request to conserve water
  • We strive to use eco-friendly products and practices throughout the property

🚫 Prohibited Items

  • Firearms, weapons, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited
  • Illegal substances are not allowed
  • Drones and commercial filming equipment require prior approval from management

📌 Special Requests

Requests for extra beds, early check-in, or late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Extra guests require prior approval and may incur charges

  • Wi-Fi and amenities are for registered guests only
  • No smoking inside rooms; use designated areas
  • Cooking is not allowed unless facilities are provided
  • Lock your room and use lockers for valuables
  • No-shows will be charged in full

Booking cancellation

Cancellation & Rebooking Policy all reservations are non-refundable, regardless of booking date or down payment status. However, rebooking may be allowed under specific conditions and subject to room availability.

For bookings made months in advace prior to arrival, guests must notify the property of any cancellation at least 1 month before the scheduled check-in date. While payments are non-refundable, the reservation may be rebooked depending on room availability.

For bookings made 15 days or less before arrival, cancellations must be communicated via email, stating the reason for cancellation. Even if a down payment has been made, the reservation remains non-refundable. Rebooking may still be considered, unless the cancellation is due to flight disruptions or serious medical conditions, in which case supporting documents must be submitted via email for review.

Online Booking: Cancellation & Modification Policy

For reservations made through online booking platforms, all cancellation and modification requests must be processed directly between the guest (booker) and the platform where the reservation was made. The property will only honor amendments if formally communicated via email from the booking platform to avoid discrepancies. Strictly no overrides or direct changes will be made between the guest and the property outside the platform. All adjustments must follow the procedures and terms set by the original booking channel.

Rebooking Terms

  • Eligibility: Rebooking is allowed for the same guest name as the original reservation, subject to room availability and season.
  • Rebooking Fee: A one-time courtesy rebooking may be granted without additional fees if notice is given within the required period. Subsequent rebooking requests will incur applicable charges.
  • Rate Difference: If the new booking falls on a higher rate season or involves a different room type, the rate difference will apply. No refund will be issued if the new booking is on a lower rate season.
  • Validity: Rebooking is valid for up to 3 months from the original booking date. Unused rebooking credits after this period will be forfeited.
  • Non-Rebookable Bookings: Reservations made under promotional rates, last-minute deals, or non-refundable offers are not eligible for rebooking.
  • Force Majeure: In cases of natural calamities, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond guest control, rebooking may be allowed without penalty, subject to documentation and management approval.
